it might be useful to send some commands to an in-field device via an unencrypted channel, for example via LoRa 868 Mhz radios. Low power long range units usually dont implement encryption. With this idea you can send commands safely without encryption.
The system uses OTP (One-Time-Pads). The sender and the reciever both use the same seed and Pseudo random number generator.
